Update!!!!! Very responsive management team worked to compensate for extra toe and rental. Went above and beyond in customer service! Very satisfied. I had my car towed because it wouldn’t go into any gear. After the initial diagnostics it was recommended that I put a new transmission in my car. Paul was very responsive through this stage of the process. Aamco had my vehicle for about two weeks to replace transmission. I picked my car up on a Friday night. It broke down less than 24 hours later and had to be towed in. I was stranded in the middle of the night on a highway-a horrible experience. After that, I was given the run around about defective parts, botched programming, lost parts in the mail?? Aamco had my car for another week and half.
